  The City of Edmond believes that revitalization of their historic downtown area is one step toward easing the strains of urban sprawl. They followed through with ambitious goals of re-building and enhancing over 35 city blocks over several phases. CLS & Associates was brought in for the second phase of planning and continues to work with the City on subsequent phases. Irrigated street trees and lush planting beds enhance the district helping to create a pedestrian-friendly environment.
