‘Class A’ office space was desired by the Crusader Energy Corporation with additional space to lease in the Gaillardia commercial addition. CLS & Associates was brought in to develop the site and landscape for the architect. This nearly ideal project came with an ample budget and a design with a French chateau influence. The entire site is designed around a central pond with fountains and a plaza with an iron gazebo, designed by CLS. Other features include lush gardens, stone and iron walls and an additional fountain. Pavers and ornamental iron help reinforce the architectural style. In fall of 2007, construction was completed on the first phase of the project, which will eventually including three buildings, totaling 54,000 s.f. | |||||||
