  The Triangle District/Maywood Park is a new community which will offer the opportunity to 'Live, Work and Play' in the same downtown area just north of Bricktown in Oklahoma City. CLS & Associates was brought in early to help create a master plan for the entire district: establishing pavement styles, crosswalks, site furnishings, signage, lighting and landscaping. This master plan was then used as a guide for development. Construction documents for all streetscape elements were prepared, using the most current innovations in site design, including biobarrier and structural soils for protection of urban pavement while providing for optimum street tree development. Plans also included development of two pocket parks.
