When Simon Properties lured The Cheesecake Factory onto their Penn Square Mall property, ambitious plans were made to construct and landscape the building in record time. Architectural plans were provided through the corporate office, but landscaping plans were completed locally to assure the owners that materials would be hardy and appropriate for the location. CLS & Associates provided landscape design services including bidding and construction services for their facility, built in 2006. The design includes large planting areas with festive colors to complement the architecture and enhance the visitors’ experience.
