Public Projects
Public work includes streetscapes, parks, trails, and public buildings. CLS & Associates has experience with all of these project types. They have a common element of meeting federal ADA requirements and local codes while developing public consensus on the project outcome. They usually require competitive bidding meaning plans and specifications must be detailed and accurate.
