LeNorman Office Park CLS & Associates was brought in to develop the site and landscape for the architect, CH Guernsey and Co. This project came with an ample budget and a request for a design with a French chateau influence. The entire site is designed around a central pond with fountains and a plaza with an iron gazebo, designed by CLS. Other features include lush gardens, stone and iron walls and an additional fountain. Pavers and ornamental iron help reinforce the architectural style.
